Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Real Estate Management Team

Our real estate management team is looking for reinforcements. If you are seeking diversity and a role with both internal and external interactions, then this position is perfect for you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Supporting the management of the assigned portfolio of properties owned and leased
  • Preparing lease negotiations and discussions
  • Creating leases for business premises and parking spaces
  • Preparing decision-making bases for superiors
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Managing data and documents, and being responsible for the filing system
  • Organizing and coordinating appointments and actively engaging with internal and external tenants, craftsmen, and caretakers
What You Bring
  • Education: Completed basic or further education
  • Professional Experience: Ideally, some initial experience in real estate management
  • Flexible and resilient team player
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and advantageous to have SAP RE-FX knowledge
  • Proficient in German
