Software Engineer .NET / Team Lead (Scrum Master)

Ta mission

En rejoignant l'une de nos équipes, tu pourras t'impliquer et participer à toutes les phases (avant-vente, conception, réalisation, maintenance) des différents projets de développement attribués à ton équipe. Tu pourras avoir un réel impact dans l'entreprise et être force de proposition en participant notamment aux discussions avec nos clients et aux différents choix technologiques.

En tant que Team Lead

  • Tu es le leader et coach agile de l'équipe
  • Tu maîtrises le développement en .NET avec une passion avérée pour écrire du code de qualité et efficace en C#
  • Tu facilites et guides la squad dans ses activités
  • Tu crées les conditions favorables pour que l'équipe soit autonome et efficace
  • Tu aides l'équipe à rester concentrée sur la livraison et sur l'atteinte des objectifs / engagements vis-à-vis du PO
  • Tu veilles à ce que l'équipe exécute les tâches selon les priorités définies
  • Tu maintiens la culture (ADN) et la méthode Softcom (OKR, agile, échange ...)
  • Tu facilites la communication au sein de l'équipe
  • Tu t'assures de la vélocité et de l'engagement (commitment) de l'équipe
  • Tu élimines les obstacles quant à la bonne marche des projets de l'équipe difficultés techniques, facteurs extérieurs, changements en cours de sprint)
  • De pair avec le PO, tu t'assures que l'équipe possède ou développe les compétences nécessaires pour son portfolio de projets

Tu nous offres

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience de développement d'applications complexes et d'excellentes connaissances en technologies Frontend Web, idéalement en Angular, Backend .NET et bases de données
  • Une personnalité entreprenante, bienveillante et pragmatique
  • Un esprit d'équipe, de l'humour et une volonté de se surpasser
  • Une expérience en tant que Team Lead, Scrum Master ou dans un rôle similaire est un avantage
  • Un bon niveau d'anglais et/ou d'allemand
