Finance Business Partner onsite in Allschwil (1 day Home Office):
This individual will play a critical role within the Clinical Trials Division EMEA Business unit.

This position is responsible for partnering with the GM for Switzerland to drive revenue growth by supporting the business unit with insightful and actionable analysis, reporting, and special projects.


Your responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Business Unit teams to forecast and analyze revenue, volume, pricing, and profit.
  • Drive the plant planning process for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Seek opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and contingency planning while balancing availability and quality goals.
  • Assist in consolidating and preparing Monthly Business Reviews and quarterly reporting deliverables to Division.
  • Facilitate robust and transparent analytical processes, and communicates risks and opportunities timely along with appropriate steps for corrective action.
  • Drive solid understanding of cost structure/drivers and partners with the ops leadership team to drive productivity
  • Continuous focus to improve processes that enhance decision support for growth of both revenue and profit.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency through innovation, process improvements, and PPI implementation.
  • Support financial modelling and analysis for key business initiatives (capacity expansions, PL transfers, FTE Investments, etc).
  • Perform special projects and adhoc reporting as required by finance and business leadership.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or a related / quantitative field.
  • 25 years of professional experience in Finance or a related quantitative field required.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders to drive results.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge required, including modelling skills.
  • Experience with Hyperion and PowerBI or similar data visualization tools preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and respond to requests in a timely manner in a dynamic and fast paced business environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
