Stellenbeschreibung

Die nachfolgenden Aufgaben warten auf dich:

  • Erstellung klarer Reports und Dashboards, um interne und externe Interessengruppen mit relevanten Einblicken zu versorgen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erschließung neuer Datenquellen und der Qualitätssicherung unserer quartalsweisen Datenupdates.
  • Durchführung von Analysen großer Immobilienportfolios zur Bereitstellung fundierter Einblicke und Empfehlungen für strategische Entscheidungen.
  • Anfertigung maßgeschneiderter Berichte und Lösungen für individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse.
Qualifikationen
  • Ausbildung: Studium in Data Science/Statistik, VWL/BWL, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich (ab Stufe Master).
  • Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse: Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten. Erfahrung in Datenanalyse, inklusive Datenbereinigung, -transformation und -visualisierung. Verständnis von statistischen Konzepten und Methoden ist wünschenswert.
  • Programmier- und Datenbankkenntnisse: Erste Erfahrungen in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen wie R, SQL oder Python. Grundlegendes Verständnis von relationalen Datenbanken (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Ökonomie/Immobilienökonomie und Finance/Real Estate Finance von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in Data Engineering und BI (DBT, Apache Airflow, Apache Superset) von Vorteil.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Programmen – insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint.
