Job Title: Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) als A-Z Hausverwalter / Property Manager / Immobilienverwalter

Responsibilities:
- Kaufmännische and technical management of residential properties with individual commercial units
- Preparation of operating and heating cost statements
- Contract and claim management, including rent adjustments
- Independent budget control
Requirements:
- Completed training as Immobilienkaufmann / Immobilienfachwirt (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Additional experience in commercial property management is desirable
- Permanent employment after a successful probation period
- Flexible working hours based on a 38- or 40-hour workweek, with the possibility of flexible start and end times
- Option of a parking space in the underground garage for those using a car or a public transportation subsidy for those using public transport
- Comprehensive introduction to your work area and the software used (StarMoney Business, Haufe Power Haus)
