**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du koordinierst den Aufbau und den Betrieb der Microsoft M365-Plattform im Rahmen der Digitalen Transformation
- In einem interdisziplinären, virtuellen Team, bestehend aus Fachspezialistinnen und -spezialisten der Zentralen Informatik, arbeitest du mit
- Du hast die fachliche Führung des Teams inne
- Du identifizierst und priorisierst die Anforderungen der vielfältigen Anspruchsgruppen sowie technische Abhängigkeiten und Entwicklungen rund um Microsoft M365
- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Business-Owner und dem Projektteam zusammen
- Projekte im Bereich: Aufbau von SharePoint Online, Integration der M365-Plattform in die bestehende Umgebung (technisch und organisatorisch) und Datenschutz
- Du bewirtschaftest den Produkt-Backlog aktiv unter Berücksichtigung der Ziele & Vision

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung mit
- Eine Weiterbildung zum Product-Owner, beispielsweise in Scrum PSPO, und/oder im Projektmanagement nach HERMES ist von Vorteil
- Deine Erfahrungen als Product-Owner erstrecken sich sowohl auf klassische als auch auf agile Umgebungen
- Du hast idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Du verfügst über nachweisliche Kenntnisse der Microsoft M365 Cloud Plattform, mit einer Zertifizierung wie MS900 als zusätzlichem Vorteil
- Deine ausgezeichneten Moderations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten kommen im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zum Einsatz
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für die Position erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
