- Coordinating with other insurance benefits
- Providing advice to insured individuals by phone and in writing
- Point of contact for employers, social insurances, and courts
- Data maintenance and archiving
Requirements
- Commercial and/or legal education
- Professional experience in 1st and/or 2nd pillar
- Further education in social insurance is advantageous
- Quick comprehension and high independence
- Precise and efficient way of working
- Service-oriented, team player, resilient, reliable, and loyal
- Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
- French language skills are desirable
