Principales responsabilités :

  • Assurer la croissance et la pérennité de votre agence en supervisant le développement commercial, le recrutement, la gestion des ressources humaines, le management et la rentabilité
  • Établir et cultiver des relations solides avec les entreprises locales en exploitant votre connaissance approfondie du tissu économique de la région
  • Encadrer une équipe dédiée composée de Consultants en Acquisition de Talents et d'Assistant(e)s Administratif(ve)s et RH
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie globale en collaboration avec la direction

Qualifications requises :

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Capacité avérée à manager et à encadrer une équipe de professionnels
  • Connaissance approfondie du marché local avec un réseau établi
  • Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome, à prendre des décisions stratégiques et à atteindre des objectifs
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français à l'oral et à l'écrit, niveau avancé en anglais
  • Organisé(e), capacité à gérer les priorités, créatif(ve), à l'écoute et méthodique
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire
