Ihre Aufgaben Wägetechnik wird in vielen industriellen Prozessen eingesetzt. Hierfür bieten wir eine breite Palette an Wägesensoren wie Wägezellen und Wägemodule an, die unsere Kunden mit unserer Unterstützung in ihre Systeme integrieren. Leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag und werden dabei von einem starken, erfahrenen Team unterstützt. Wir haben unseren Marktanteil in diesem Bereich in den letzten Jahren deutlich gesteigert und wollen weiter ambitioniert wachsen. Aus diesem Grund bauen wir am globalen operativen Hauptsitz in Nänikon-Greifensee neue Produktionslinien auf und suchen dafür eine initiative Person als Process Engineer / Production Engineer (all genders).
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
  • In der Rolle als Prozessingenieur*in / Produktionsingenieur*in begleiten Sie ein grösseres Aufbauprojekt für mehrere neue Produktionslinien
  • Innerhalb des Projektteams sind Sie verantwortlich für die Kollaboration und den Austausch von Prozesswissen mit dem Produktionsstandort China
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass beherrschte und fähige Produktionsprozesse eingeführt und validiert werden. Wo notwendig führen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit R&D ein fundiertes «requirements engineering» durch
  • Als technische Fachkraft sind Sie Hauptansprechpartner*in für Produktionsprozesse und -technologien von Wägezellen (unter anderem Reinraumprozesse, Laserschweissen und Pressprozesse)
  • Durch die Erstellung von technischen Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen verankern Sie wichtiges Prozesswissen im Unternehmen
  • Als Verantwortliche*r für die Definition von Anforderungen an neue Betriebsmittel initiieren Sie neue Betriebsmittelprojekte und führen Maschinen und Anlagen erfolgreich in die Produktion ein
Ihr Profil Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
  • Sie besitzen eine Ausbildung in einem technischen Umfeld mit Weiterbildung (FH/Universität) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Systemtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Materialwissenschaften oder Ähnliches
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Industrieumfeld
  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Fertigungstechniken, in der Produktionsprozessgestaltung sowie in der Industrialisierung von Produktionsprozessen, inkl. Erfahrung in der Spezifikation, Auswahl und Einführung von Betriebsmitteln
  • Eine Weiterbildung in Lean Management (Six Sigma) sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung von statistischen Datenanalysen (SPC) ist von Vorteil
  • Sie sind eine teamfähige, projekt- und lösungsorientierte Person mit konzeptioneller Denkweise
  • Sie besitzen fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20% wird vorausgesetzt
