Reconnue et incontournable depuis plus de 40 ans, Multi Personnel est une agence spécialisée dans la mise à disposition de personnel administratif et de cadres, temporaire et fixe, dans de nombreux secteurs économiques, tels que la banque, sociétés financières, multinationales, ONG, PME et institutions locales._
- Mandaté par une société de négoce international, nous souhaitons rapidement recruter pour une mission de 6 mois min. spécialiste facturation_**URGENT POUR 6 MOIS MINIMUM**:

- Votre mission:

- Gestion des factures fournisseurs, analyse et contrôle des factures (>10'000 par an), saisie.
- Facturation des marchandise/produits selon contrat, suivi des encaissements et rappels, corrections.
- Paiements des différents frais liés à l'activité de négoce, TVA, suivi des paiements en attente et réconciliations, coordination avec le dpt. trésorerie

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Diplôme en trading un vrai atout ( STSA, bachelor Commodity trading ou équivalent)
- langue maternelle française avec un bon nveau en anglais (B2 minimum)
- Maximum 3-4 années d'expérience dans une multinationale idéalement avec la gestion d'un volume important de factures
- Bonne maîtrise de MS Office, Excel avancé, précis, bon esprit d'équipe et adaptable.
- Permis de travail valable et disponible de suite pour 6 mois minimum.
