CFAO Programmer

Job Description

We are looking for a CFAO Programmer to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to develop and optimize programs for CNC machine tools in the watchmaking and jewelry sector. You will work with Esprit and Creo software to produce high-precision parts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize CFAO programs for CNC machines
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility of projects
  • Maintain and update existing programs
  • Conduct tests and validations of programs on machines
  • Analyze and solve technical issues encountered in production
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Profile
  • Educational Background: Degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CFAO programming, preferably in watchmaking or jewelry
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Esprit or Creo software
    • Understanding of CNC machine tools
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials used in watchmaking/jewelry
