About Rivero

Rivero is a thriving fintech company established in 2019. Our goal is to help banks and financial institutions streamline their operations effectively and simply, allowing them to focus on enhancing the digital experience for their customers. We operate within both the #FinTech and #RegTech sectors.

Having expanded our client base steadily, we achieved financial stability by 2023. In early 2024, we successfully completed a series A funding round, setting the stage for accelerated growth. We are now seeking an ambitious individual to join us for the exciting journey that lies ahead.

Tasks

Expectations for the Role

As our Senior Product Owner, your key duties will include:

  • Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Developing and managing the product roadmap to align with the company's strategic goals and priorities.
  • Collaborating with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
  • Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure feature quality and meet user expectations.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Engaging regularly with customers and stakeholders, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Working closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to advance our product offerings.

  • Analytical mindset utilizing data and metrics for product decisions, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Adaptability to adjust plans and priorities based on evolving information or business needs.
  • Effective interpersonal and English communication skills.
  • Startup/Scale-up background.
  • Previous product ownership experience with SaaS.
  • Additional knowledge in payment domains, especially card payment networks like Mastercard and Visa, is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and software development processes is advantageous.
