Wir suchen nach einem IT-Projektmanager, der Lust hat, anspruchsvolle Projekte bei einem unserer Top-Kunden in Zürich zu leiten. Du hast die Möglichkeit, flexibel im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Leitung von komplexen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten von Anfang bis Ende.
- Verantwortung für effektive Projektkommunikation, Stakeholder-Management, regelmäßiges Reporting und Leitung von Lenkungsausschüssen.
- Führung und Förderung von Projektteams und Teilprojektleitern.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektstandards und -vorgaben sowie der Qualität der Projektergebnisse.
- Genaue Dokumentation der Projekte.
Deine Skills:
- Erfahrung im IT-Bereich und in der Projektleitung.
- Kenntnisse in strukturierten Projektmanagementmethoden, Phasenplanung und Meilensteinsetzung.
- Vertrautheit mit agilen und Scrum-Prozessen.
- Gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Starke Kommunikation und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten.
- Serviceorientierung und umsichtiges Arbeiten.
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Betriebswirtschaft.
- Vorteilhaft: Zertifizierung in Projektmanagement (IPMA, PMI, Prince2 oder Hermes).
- Erfahrung in Risikomanagement und Kostenkontrolle.
