This position may be worked out of any of StandardAero's European facilities. A remote working arrangement within Europe may also be available.

As a

Director Marketing & Sales EMEA & Asia you will own and monitor the EMEA or Americas sales plan for Components & Accessories including OEM New Make, LRU & Accessories, account management for non-program customers, and strategy for the market segment. You will also lead and direct sales team members through the optimum sales and support process to ensure market segment goals are achieved.

What you'll do:

  • Oversees all sales activity in his territory, including planning, directing and coaching sales teams; ensuring the accurate maintenance of customers' records; assisting in the collection of problem accounts; and assisting in the preparation of financial proposals for specific customers.
  • Oversees customer concessions as required & negotiation positive resolutions for StandardAero Components & Accessories and our customer base.
  • Coordinate in close coordination and cooperation with program management "face to the customer" for program customers as well as nonprogram customers. Including but not limited to individual customer profitability to ensure optimum sales volumes and profits are achieved.
  • Actively seeks & leads direct reports to seek new repair opportunities requested directly from Components & Accessories customers.
  • Drives implementation & opportunity tracking via the SalesForce.
COM / DOMO / SAMenu and if applicable any other opportunity tool.

  • Works across SACS Globally to develop, recommend and implement annual and longrange strategic plans for sales including forecasting and budgeting activities.
  • Provides input into the objectives, policies and programs for the marketing activities of Components & Accessories including trade shows, advertising and direct mail initiatives.
  • Develops and implements policies and programs in the areas of sales, pricing, profit margins, and related activities.
  • Coordinates between all SACS divisions achieve overall company growth including identification of growth/acquisition opportunities.
  • Assists with the forecasting, analysis and justification of product expansions or capacity/capability sizing.
  • Actively seeks market intelligence on competitor & customer activity relative to capabilities, pricing, offerings and future plans
  • Coordinates the efforts of sales and customer service personnel to ensure achievement of the tactical/strategic segment objectives while maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Approves selection of sales intermediary or agents as required.
  • Responsible for promoting the continuous improvement process within Components & Accessories.
  • Carries out special projects as assigned.
**What skills you will require: - Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of sales/marketing computer information systems.
  • Working knowledge of production management computer systems.
  • Working knowledge of PC's in the current company operating system environment.
  • University degree in engineering, business administration, commerce, economics; or equivalent.
  • Several years' experience in marketing, business development and sales in an aerospace environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of respective business segment.
  • Up to 75% travel required.
