Position Available:

Risk Management & BCM Specialist - 100% (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading business continuity management and enterprise risk management for RONAL GROUP
  • Improving the group-wide BCM and ERM framework
  • Owning the enterprise risk catalogue
  • Strengthening crisis management group-wide
  • Ensuring recovery readiness across the organization
  • Ensuring compliance in audits

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor / Master's degree in relevant field
  • Professional certification in BCM, crisis or risk management
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in IT risk management and industrial manufacturing IT
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to travel
