• Development, planning, and management of IT projects for the departments STORE MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, or FINANCE
• Designing new solutions with informed decision support and cost-effectiveness assessment
• Ensuring project goals are met in terms of quantity, quality, time, and budget
• Reporting project results to department heads and steering committees
• Identifying strategic and operational action requirements
• Analyzing and evaluating quality, cost, and performance potentials in logistic processes
• Developing action alternatives
• For the Berlin location: Travel to the company headquarters in Braunschweig may be required

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or related field
• Several years of experience in project management or IT, preferably in a consulting environment
• Strong IT affinity and process understanding
• Good understanding of project management methodologies
• Proficient in German and English
• Conceptual understanding, implementation strength, and good communication skills
• Initiative, flexibility, and a confident demeanor
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach
