  • Within Personal & Corporate (P&C) client division and being part the Center of Excellence for Process Optimization and Automation (P&C), you will be responsible as Chapter Lead for the Technical Engineering team and you will be driving implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Lead and manage a team of technical engineers within an agile setup to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes where necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with broader business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices to ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage them.

  • You will be reporting to the head of Center of Excellence "Process Optimization & Automation P&C" at the Digital Factory (Hardturmstrasse 161, Zurich) and will be leading the chapter "Technical Engineering". Our organization is responsible for delivering efficiency increase, higher digitization and developing automation solutions within P&C. As an entrepreneur, responsibilities are wide and range from managing employees (team of 1012 engineers), developing best practices in terms of technology usage and leading strategic initiatives deliveries.

Your expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- at least 3 years of experience in technical engineering roles with relevant experience with Automation Tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation tools). Prior experience with Automation Anywhere is a plus
- strong technical knowledge and proven experience with Python
- proven leadership and management skills, with experience on managing a team of engineers
- good understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms with prior experience with Natural Language Processing is a plus
- strong understanding of agile principles and experience with Agile methodologies
- excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions
- experience managing budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery
