Investor Relations Professional

Selby Jennings is partnering with a prosperous private equity manager who is looking to continue their outstanding success over the last few years by developing an investor relations function to better service their investors and attract new connections.

Our client is looking for a motivated, organised, and detail orientated individual to hit the ground running in supporting the senior team with all aspects of the fundraising and project management process. This role would be perfect for an individual wishing to gain further exposure within sales and project management as well as to develop their professional profile whilst working closely with senior members in the industry. The aim for this person would be for them to develop into a client facing fundraising professional in the near future, providing a real scope for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the investments and IR teams to assist with fundamental aspects of roadshow planning, including meeting preparation, delivery of materials and investor outreach
• Managing the reporting of the fundraising pipeline including tracking and organising.
• Managing the CRM system including investor profiles and their fundraising activities
• Ensure smooth running of the distribution of fund communication to investors as well as scheduling meetings and conferences.
• Conduct research on the alternative assets industry, investors and competitors
• Coordinating fundraising activities across multiple team members and offices
• Complete ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience within a similar field, ideally within private equity
• Fluent in English, German language skills a plus
• Located in Zurich, Switzerland
• University degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
• Highly organised and the ability to prioritise tasks
• An ambitious individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and synthesis information quickly.
• Able to maintain a high level of consistency
