Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Prüfen der Fertigprodukte und Komponenten, führen des Wareneingangs
- und Endprüfungen durch und dokumentieren der Resultate
- Vergleichen der erhaltenen Resultate mit den Sollwerten der relevanten Spezifikationen und dokumentieren allfälliger Abweichungen in der Chargendokumentation und EDV-System
- Warenfreigabe oder -sperrung beziehungsweise organisieren der Nacharbeit entsprechend den internen Vorgaben
- Informieren aller relevanten Stellen bezüglich Sperrung und Nacharbeit von Artikeln
- Feststellen von Bearbeitungs
- und Handhabungsfehlern und einbringen von Vorschläge zu deren Beseitigung
- Sicherstellen der ordnungsgemässen Entsorgung fehlerhafter Produkte
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices zu etablieren
- Im Bereich Losfreigabe und Archivierung der Chargendokumentation:
prüfen und bewerten der Chargendokumentation inhaltlich und bezüglich GDP (Good Documentation Practices), feststellen und dokumentieren allfälliger Abweichungen (NC) sowie alle relevanten Stellen informieren und archivieren der Chargendokumentation im Dokumentenarchiv und im elektronischen Dokumentationssystem
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung sowie 1-2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsprüfung und/oder im Bereich 3D-Messtechnik
- Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
- Flexibilität, Teamgeist und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
