**Votre mission**:

- Concevoir et proposer des solutions informatiques performantes, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement et les architectes du système d'information.
- Intervenir dans la réalisation du code, que ce soit aux niveaux front-end comme back-end. Assurer le design technique des implémentations.
- Coordonner les développements des équipes techniques, en suivant les bonnes pratiques et les valeurs Agile (Scrum).
- Rédiger et communiquer les spécifications techniques, contribuer à l'alimentation des différents products backlogs, et assurer le lien avec la communauté Java et l'équipe d'architecture.

**Votre profil**:

- Niveau Master ou diplôme jugé équivalent
- Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en tant que lead technique dans le domaine de l'informatique bancaire ou assurance
- Bonne connaissance des principes Agile avec, idéalement, une expérience de la pratique de Scrum.
- Expérience du développement back-end (Java, Spring), front-end (Angular JS, Angular) et des stacks modernes d'intégration continue (GIT, Bamboo).
- Expérience reconnue avec des technologies de conteneurisation telles que Docker et Kubernetes
- Bonne connaissance des bases de données (Postgre Sql ; Elasticseach) et des mécanisme de distribution (MQSeries ; Kafka)
- Esprit d'équipe et facultés d'analyse dans le cadre d'une architecture informatique complexe; rigueur et autonomie.
- Bonne résistance au stress et aptitude à gérer les priorités.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais parlés et écrits.
- Domicile en Suisse requis avec au minimum permis B > 3 ans
