Your role

  • We're looking for a Product Owner
  • Mandatory Learning Switzerland:
  • provide the vision and direction for the specific learning pod by setting the strategy, roadmap and own the pod's objectives and key results (OKRs)
- create, together with your pod, innovative and high-quality mandatory learning programs related to specific functions or roles including curriculum design, learning formats, key milestones, life-cycle management and certification process
- deeply understand the learning requirements of our internal partners and help them providing tailor-made training solutions to their target groups
- mitigate impediments, build alignment across the crew and act as your pod's ambassadors towards other pods, stakeholders and clients
- foster a team culture and fully empower pod members to fulfill their potential

  • You'll be working in the Mandatory Learning team in Switzerland. We are a great team of experts that develop and deliver stateofthe art mandatory learning solutions to the whole UBS in order to support our learners to be successful in their functions by knowing the related rules and regulations.
