Job Description:

  • Local point of contact for Frenchspeaking part of Switzerland for HR administration
  • Support and advise the Shared Service Center (SSC) in HR administrative tasks and queries related to social security system
  • Forwarding of the incoming HR postal mails and processing physical HR documents
  • Support Swiss Payroll preparations
  • Managing correct settlement and controlling of tax at source
  • Creation of statistics, key figures and evaluations for authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Working on HR projects and continuous improvement of policies, processes and tools
  • Support End Year tasks (Salary certificates, Social security declarations, changes in social security etc.)
  • Support in preparation for HR audits
  • Deputy of the Functional Lead People Services CH

Qualifications:

  • Work experience in HR administration
  • Further training as a personnel assistant or personnel administrator
  • Knowledge of specificities in the Frenchspeaking cantons (tax at source, French crossborder commuter, labour law etc.)
  • Reliable and structured way of working
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent French and good English
  • Presence in our office in Geneva
