Start your Career Immediately or by Agreement with the Avesco Trainee Program for University Graduates (100%)

Your Responsibilities

  • You will go through an 18-month individual development program aimed at getting to know various areas of the Avesco Group
  • You will gain a solid understanding of our company through active participation in operational tasks as well as conceptual activities
  • You will take on responsibility for your own projects and tasks related to Caterpillar's Excellence Program
  • You will support the line in product management, product development, or introduction
  • You will prepare market and data analyses as decision-making bases for management
  • You are willing to work in another language region (Switzerland or abroad) for 6 months

Your Profile

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
  • Your work style is structured, solution-oriented, and independent
  • You are open to new ideas, flexible, and ready to demonstrate your dedication
  • You impress with your enthusiasm, appearance, and organizational skills
  • You have good language skills in German and English, knowledge of French is advantageous
