Key Highlights

As the reception manager, you are responsible for a department with high visibility and direct interaction with our patients. You lead a small team (5 people / 3.3 full-time positions), which acts as a central department with a lot of interaction with other areas. An encounter-rich, exciting, and meaningful role awaits you, with a mix of teamwork and individual responsibility.

This position is suitable for individuals with previous leadership experience as well as those who are looking to develop leadership skills. The workdays for this part-time position (60% - 80%) can be chosen relatively flexibly according to the needs of the job holder.

A Day in Your Professional Life with Us:

• You lead the reception team while also working operationally in day-to-day activities with extensive interpersonal contact.
• You are in charge of the reception's appearance, the team's attitude and behavior, and strive to bring about continuous improvements in a customer-friendly manner.
• You work closely with the medical secretariat, patient administration, and wards, ensuring the administrative admission of patients with your team.
• You work daily in our ICT systems and, as the responsible application expert, initiate necessary adjustments and changes in the applications.
• You organize and negotiate additional services for our patients (e.g., solar bath entries, newspaper subscriptions, etc.).
• You assist in shaping the assortment and prices of the kiosk and manage the monthly closing for it.
• You participate in projects and initiatives, representing your department at internal and external meetings and core team sessions.
