Position Summary

As a Graphic Design Specialist, your main role is to create effective design assets for representing Operations and its core messages. Additionally, you will lead the creative aspects for Operations.

A Day in the Life of a Graphic Design Specialist

  • Develop engaging content for multiple communication channels like digital platforms, videos (educational, inspirational, and interview-based), presentations, newsletters, and printed materials
  • Conceptualize and design graphics to establish a visual identity linked to Operations themes
  • Manage and enhance Operations' internal sites and WorkPlace solutions to advance Operations' global objectives
  • Offer graphic design aid to Operations leaders for specific communications
  • Support the audio-visual team in video production, webcasts, and event coordination
  • Contribute to the daily activities of the Operations Communication team

What Sets You Up for Success

  • Proficiency in video editing and crafting short inspirational and educational films
  • Experience in creating graphic materials such as presentations, brochures, posters, digital newsletters, and social media content
  • Effective and professional communication skills with external partners and senior management
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude with keen attention to detail, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere (and/or Final Cut), After Effects, and Acrobat
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
