Souhaitez-vous mettre à profit votre savoir-faire en matière de stress testing dans la surveillance bancaire de la FINMA ? Trouvez-vous passionnant d'identifier et de classer les principaux risques du marché financier suisse et de ses acteurs ? Alors, postulez dès aujourd'hui

**Tâches principales**:

- Réalisation de tests de stress du marché hypothécaire suisse, analyse et benchmarking des résultats de différentes banques, rapport sur les résultats et discussion des résultats dans le cadre du dialogue de surveillance avec les représentants des banques
- Soutien dans la maintenance et le développement de l'outil de test de stress hypothécaire et de la méthodologie ou d'éventuelles approches complémentaires pour la mesure et l'évaluation des risques de crédit dans l'activité hypothécaire
- Soutien dans la réalisation d'analyses de pertes potentielles auprès de différentes banques, analyse et benchmarking des résultats des banques, ainsi que rapport sur les résultats
- Soutien dans la maintenance et le développement des scénarios et de la méthodologie des analyses de pertes potentielles
- Soutien dans la coordination et la mise en œuvre du processus d'identification et d'évaluation des risques de la FINMA sur la place financière suisse (monitorage FINMA des risques).

**Profil requis**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou d'une haute école spécialisée en économie, mathématiques, statistiques ou physique, des connaissances en programmation Python constituent un avantage
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la gestion des risques ou de la finance au sein de banques, avec des connaissances pratiques dans les domaines du stress testing et du marché hypothécaire
- Bonnes capacités à comprendre des contextes complexes et à communiquer oralement et par écrit de manière adaptée aux destinataires
- Connaissances de l'allemand ou du français (C2) ainsi que bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (C1) et bonnes connaissances de l'anglais (B2)
