Process Engineer Montage (m/f/d)

Zur Erreichung unserer Ziele suchen wir einen Process Engineer, der sich auf die Entwicklung von robusten, nachhaltigen Montage- und Prüfprozessen spezialisiert hat. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten wirst du an der Implementierung und Optimierung dieser Prozesse arbeiten und die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der geltenden KPIs übernehmen. Dabei stehen Effizienz, Qualität und Kostenoptimierung im Vordergrund.

Your Tasks
  • Mitarbeit während der Offert Phase (Evaluierung Lieferanten, Angebotserstellung, Pflichtenhefterstellung, Konzeptentwicklung, ...)
  • Leitung von Projekten bei Neubeschaffungen von Anlagen
  • Leitung von Projektteams im Optimierungsprozess in der SerieEvaluieren und Umsetzen von Verbesserungspotentialen in Bezug auf Produktivität, Prozesssicherheit und QualitätÜberprüfen von Prozesskosten und erarbeiten von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Zielkosten
  • Grundlagenentwicklung von Kernprozessen und Erarbeitung deren Definitionen und Optimierungspotentiale
  • Erstellen von technischen Dokumentationen (Parameterlisten, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten, Ersatzteillisten, Arbeitsanweisungen, ...)
  • Mitarbeit im Know-How Transfer zu den Auslandwerken
Your profile
  • Technische Grundausbildung mit abgeschlossenem Studium (FH oder HF) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Maschinenbau / Produkteentwicklung oder vergleichbarem
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion mit CATIA V5 oder einem anderen 3D-CAD
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie
  • Eigeninitiative, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenzen im Bereich Statistik sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Hohes Interesse und Verständnis für Prozesse und Systeme
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %)
