DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN:

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams, bestehend aus internen wie auch externen Mitarbeitenden
  • Fördern und coachen der Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des Entwicklungsprozesses, sowie dessen Optimierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, sowie der Safran Gruppe und weiteren Entwicklungspartnern
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der R&D Strategie
  • Mitarbeit in cross-funktionalen Technologie- sowie Entwicklungsprojekten

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit erster Führungserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Master-Studium in Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarem Feld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Konstruktion, Materialauswahl und in Fertigungstechniken
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen
  • Grundverständnis in den Fachbereichen Optik/Physik, Elektronik, Software und Messtechnik kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit für fachübergreifendes Systemdenken
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
