FSP Manager, Clinical Operations

Please note that position offers a permanent, full-time, home-based contract, and you will be expected to just visit your team in person 1-2 times per month in Morges, Switzerland.

Job responsibilities

  • Support our client in CTM/COL management within a FSP model.
  • Coordinating and oversight of FSP CTM/COL (Syneos management & functional management)
  • Process improvement & guidance for CTM/COL team.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Strong clinical experience as a Sr PM or Sr CTM looking to expand on their line management experience or gain new exposure into line management.
  • Experience working within an FSP model.
  • Strong industry experience gained from CRO or Pharma.
  • Previous process improvement experience.
