**Legal Enforcement Operator (m/w/d)**
Opfikon, 80-100%

Das bewegst du:

- Du bearbeitest Legal Enforcement-Aufgaben wie Inkasso (Konkurse/Betreibungen/Rechtsöffnungen/Fortsetzungsbegehren/Handhabung von Verlustscheinen)
- Du begleitest einfache Schlichtungs
- und Gerichtsverfahren gem. Kompetenzregelung (Vollmachtsfragen/Anfechtung von Kündigungen/Forderungen/Ausweisungen)
- Du berätst unsere internen Anspruchsgruppen bei inkassospezifischen Fragen (Mietrecht/Fristenmanagement/Rechtsfallreportings)
- Du verstärkst unser gesamtes Legal & Compliance Team in der Umsetzung von weiteren administrativen Aufgaben mit Freude und Klarheit

Deshalb gelingt es dir:

- Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundbildung (EFZ) oder eine Handelsschule erfolgreich absolviert
- Du punktest mit Deinen guten Kenntnissen im SchKG und verfügst von Vorteil über eine adäquate Weiterbildung in diesem Bereich
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in den Berufsfeldern Inkasso, Buchhaltung, Treuhand oder Verwaltung
- Mit stilsicherem Deutsch sowie guten Französisch und/oder Italienisch Kenntnissen punktest du (Englisch ist von Vorteil)
- Eine exakte Arbeitsweise, Verschwiegenheit und eine ausgesprochen Hands-on-Mentalität sind für Dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Du bist selbständig, initiativ, lösungsorientiert und ein ausgesprochener Teamplayer. Die Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld machen Dir Freude
