Join our team in Service Design & Architecture

In this role, you will be focusing on the following areas:
  • Developing and transforming ideas into marketable technical service concepts considering strategy, architectural requirements, and profitability
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of services and digital products
  • Establishing and enforcing quality standards, architectural requirements, and blueprints
  • Planning and conducting design reviews
  • Monitoring the ICT market to derive implications for existing and future services
  • Providing consultancy for ICT projects
  • Developing solution proposals and decision-making bases based on requirements
  • Providing technical support to customers when ordering standardized ICT services
  • Capturing requirements from clients regarding ICT systems and their architectures
  • Actively contributing to and maintaining ICT and enterprise architecture

Your profile:

  • Technical basic education with further education (FH) or Technical University (ETH/Uni) in media technology, computer science, or business informatics
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in ICT or media technologies
  • Extensive experience in requirements engineering or business analysis in the ICT sector
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, and platform technologies
