Your tasks

Act as company's champion for Governance, Operational Risk and Resilience.
Aim to proactively decrease risk exposure for the company.
Promote defined standards, processes and governance structure of operational risk management and control in business functions.

Coordinate timely reviews of the policies, directives and work instructions within the company and in alignment with Group's directives and policies.

In collaboration with senior leadership team, identify relevant risks, conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of targeted controls and mitigation measures.

Identify, improve, simplify, automate process to increase effectiveness of Operational Risk and resilience management, control process and methodologies.
Contribute to the company's cross-functional projects and initiatives related to Operational Risk and Resilience and control framework.
Ensure timely and effective execution of risk controls on Operational Risk, BCM and Governance.
Monitor and report comprehensively and systematically single and aggregated risk positions.
Perform monthly Operational Risk reporting (including loss data collection, key risk indicators) and BCM status update to business forums.

Analyze underlying trends and drivers of the operational losses and key risk indicators and perform root cause analysis for major operational risk events.

Support BCM activities in cooperation with functional owners, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP) set-up and Disaster Recovery Tests, ensuring BCPs appropriateness review and testing.

Profil recherché

Bachelor degree

7 years of relevant operational risk management experience within the financial services sector.
Risk control, compliance or audit background.
Good knowledge of operational risk management frameworks and standards.
Strong risk and control mindset with capacity to promote risk culture.
Good stakeholder management skills across functional areas and hierarchy levels.
Structured and conceptual thinker with proven ability to deliver on committed timelines.
Team player, open-minded and able to communicate complex matters in a clear and constructive manner.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English, German and French are a plus.
