INTRODUCTION:

For one of our client, a leading market access platform in

Geneva, we are looking for an:

Executive Assistant W/M
Available immediately for a temporary contract at 50%

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:

Agenda management
Follow-up on agenda and meeting requests ;

Prepare internal and external meeting (meeting request, meeting room, preparatory documents) and manage follow-ups ;

Travel & Event management
Prepare travels, booking tickets, rooms and other facilities, preparing travel files with support information and preparatory material for travel meetings ;

Prepare event participation, booking presence, helping on logistics, support materials and presentation materials ;

Open and distribute post mail and internal messages ;

Answer the phone and manage visits, arrivals, filter requests ;

General Administration
General office management of the CEO space ;
Paper filing organization, by entity and project (reporting) ;

PROFIL ATTENDU:

  • You can demonstrate several years' experience as an administrative /executive team assistant, working with top management ;
  • You are very organized, autonomous and with excellent attention to detail ;
  • You are adept and agile to perform in a fastpaced environment, and managing competing demands and priorities ;
  • You are IT savvy and have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint ;
  • You are comfortable to work in an international and multicultural workplace ;
  • You pride yourself in providing a great client experience ;
  • You have a high level of integrity and confidentiality ;
  • You are perfectly fluent in both English and French. Other languages such as Spanish would be a plus ;
  • Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required ;
