Stone Sourcing is excited to recruit for a Service Manager fluent in German in Zürich.
Our client is a top Swiss IT Services company specialized in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT solutions and services.
Responsibilities- Identifying customer needs and proposing development suggestions
- Coordinating commercial discussions between customers and the company with the Account Manager
- Reviewing the contracted services
- Managing monthly billing for services and overseeing related topics
- Generating service level reports and ensuring SLA compliance
- Conducting service meetings with clients
- Participating in the CAB for handling changes
- Business IT specialist HF/FH/Federal Certificate or equivalent
- Service management experience
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of ITIL
- Excellent German communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Opportunity for 40-60% Home Office work
- Competitive salary of up to CHF 135k
