Industrialisation & Site Planning Engineer

Tinker with the development of innovative medical technology solutions and enjoy plenty of freedom.
Your main tasks- Ensure optimal product design (Design for Manufacturing)
- Plan and optimize industrial manufacturing processes, including cost and investment estimates
- Develop strategies and concepts for industrialization and the entire value chain
- Lead subprojects in multidisciplinary development projects encompassing areas like research, marketing, quality, and project management
- Analyze product and process risks using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Prepare foundations for promoting, implementing, and introducing new technologies and products, including electronics, connectivity, sterility procedures, etc.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer by participating in conferences, trade shows, and building networks with other industries
- Completed apprenticeship in a technical field
- Technician in mechanical engineering, automation, medical, plastic, process, or electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in multiple specializations: medical technology, mechatronics, assembly automation, test automation, injection molding, packaging automation
- Experience in design transfer
- Experience in designing, conceptualizing, and developing production plants
- Structured and responsible organizational and work approach
