**Projekt**:Für unseren Kunden, ein grosses Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Basel suchen wir einen **Procurement Delivery Associate (m/w/d)**

Hintergrund:
Für die laufenden Bauprojekte bei der Site Basel wird ein Procurement Delivery Associate (m/w/d) gesucht. Für diese Stelle wird eine kaufmännische Unterstützung benötigt, welche die Koordination des Projektes entlastet. Procurement bezogene Aufgaben werden im Hinblick auf Ausschreibungen, Verträge, Bestellungen und Rechnungen beansprucht. Die Dauer des aktuellen Projektes beträgt 5 Jahre, nach 5 Jahren ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit gross in weitere Projekte einbezogen zu werden. Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in besitzt eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehr als 3 Jahren Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen. Die Person hat gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verständnis dafür, wie Anforderungen in Unternehmen umgesetzt werden können. Des Weiteren ist die Person versiert in Systemen und Prozessen im Bereich der Beschaffung, Vorlagen und Bearbeitungswerkzeuge, e-contracting und SAP. Letztlich besitzt der/die Kandidat:in ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.

**Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen, Bestellungen und Rechnungen im ERP-System
- Vertragsmanagement: Verantwortlich für die administrative Abwicklung von Ausschreibungen, Vertragsvorbereitung
- Durchführen von nicht komplexen Ausschreibungen
- Bearbeitung von Garantien, Abnahmeprotokollen und Versicherungsunterlagen.
- Unterstützung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten für Projekte; Bearbeitung von reaktiven oder geschäftsbezogenen Beschaffungsanfragen innerhalb einer bestimmten Region, eines Landes oder eines großen Standorts. Durchführung kleinerer Beschaffungsaktivitäten wie Ad-hoc-, Abruf
- und ungeplante/geplante oder reaktive geschäftsbezogene Beschaffungsaktivitäten, um eine maximale Wirkung der Beschaffung zu gewährleisten.
- Unterstützung bei Beschaffungsanfragen in Übereinstimmung mit den Spezifikationen der jeweiligen Kategorie und den einschlägigen Richtlinien, Standards, Spezifikationen und Arbeitsanweisungen, einschließlich Vereinbarungen und Verträgen mit bestehenden Lieferanten. Ein Procurement Delivery Associate arbeitet mit der Beschaffung und den Stakeholdern des Unternehmens zusammen, um die Anforderungen zu verstehen und den entsprechenden Beschaffungsprozess unter Verwendung geeigneter Methoden, Tools und Bündelungen zu implementieren.
- Erstellen, prüfen und bearbeiten von Bestellanforderungen und Bestellungen im ERP-System
- Vertragsmanagement
- Verwaltung/Ablage von Bankgarantien
- Prüfen und bearbeiten von Rechnungen
- Lieferantenkommunikation

**Must Haves**:

- Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung zur Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation oder Bachelor-Abschluss
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verständnis dafür, wie Anforderungen in Unternehmen umgesetzt werden können
- Gute Kenntnisse von Systemen und Prozessen im Bereich der Beschaffung, Vorlagen und Bearbeitungswerkzeuge, e-contracting, SAP
- Sehr gute organisatorischen Fähigkeiten, selbstständigkeit, starke prioritätensetzung
- Google Suite Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
