BEZEICHNUNG DER STELLE: Warehouse Logistics- LAND: Schweiz
- FUNKTION: Warehouse Logistics BSL

ZIEL DER STELLE:
Durchführen aller Lageraktivitäten, welche im Zusammenhang mit World Courier und ihren Anspruchsgruppen stehen, unter Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und geltenden Vorschriften, um einen reibungslosen Versand und Warenumschlag zu gewährleisten sowie sicherstellen einer tadellosen Lieferkette beim Materialnachschub.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:
Vorbereiten von Verpackungen, zur Hauptsache temperaturkontrollierter Sendungen;
- Korrekte und nach internen Vorgaben geführte Dokumentation;
- Pflege der zur Verfügung gestellten Systeme sowie Eingaben der Kosten welche in seinem Bereich anfallen;
- Einhalten von internen und externen Vorgaben und Richtlinien;
- Korrektes Einlagern von Verpackungsmaterial und Sendungen unter Sicherstellung der Kühlkette;
- Durchführen einer Bestandskontrolle der Verpackungsmaterialien und termingerechte Bestellung von Nachschub;
- Prüfen der Versand
- und Lieferpapiere bei Übernahme/Übergabe von Sendungen von/an World Courier Fahrer, Subunternehmer und Lieferanten;
- Prüfen der ein
- und ausgehenden Sendungen
- Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen sowie Einhalten der Schulungstermine.

HAUPTAUFGABEN:
Der Stelleninhaber hat seine Aufgaben so wahrzunehmen, dass:

- alle in seinem Bereich anfallenden Aufgaben sachlich richtig, termingerecht, zügig und wirtschaftlich erledigt werden;
- alle entstehenden Abweichungen, Probleme und Verzögerungen unverzüglich an die Dispo, den Supervisor Dispatch und ferner OPS Country Manager berichtet werden;
- Sendungen auf die sicherste und effizienteste Art und Weise vorbereitet und versendet werden;
- die Anweisungen durch die Disposition uns den Supervisor Dispatch befolgt werden;
- alle Aufgaben zügig und im Einklang mit den bestehenden Richtlinien und Prozeduren erledigt werden;
- die Wünsche und Erwartungen unserer Kunden nach besten Kräften erfüllt werden;
- sich die Zusammenarbeit seines Bereiches mit den anderen Stellen des Unternehmens so gestaltet, dass der Informationsfluss jederzeit reibungslos funktioniert und insgesamt eine gute Koordination gewährleistet ist.

Folgende fachliche Aufgaben hat der Stelleninhaber selbst wahrzunehmen:

- Einsatz und Bedienung aller relevanten IT-Tools;
- Be
- und Entladung von Fahrzeugen unter Verwendung der entsprechenden Geräte;
- Genaue Ermittlung des Sendungsgewichts und der Abmessungen und Eintragung dieser Informationen in relevante Systeme und alle anderen unterstützenden Dokumente;
- Füllt Trockeneis nach, wechselt Gel Packs aus und stellt sicher, dass an Kunden/andere WC-Büros korrekt abgerechnet wird;
- Prüft alle Sendungen, die im Lager ankommen und meldet Abweichungen unverzüglich der Disposition, ferner OPS / CS;
- Arbeitet nach Vorschriften unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten Gesetze und Verordnungen (ADR / DGR / IATA);
- Interne Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen;
- Kommuniziert mit nationalen und internationalen World Courier Offices / Agenten;
- Vorkonditionierung von Verpackungsmaterialien und Kühlmedien;
- Bestellung von Trockeneis und Flüssigstickstoff;
- Stellt sicher, dass die Räumlichkeiten gemäß den Sicherheitsanforderungen für Luftfracht gesichert sind, indem er die Eingänge verschlossen hält und Personen ohne gültigen World Courier-Ausweis oder Besucherausweis wegweist:

- Hält die Feuerausgänge frei von Hindernissen;
- Sorgt jederzeit dafür, dass das Lager gemäss QA-Vorgaben sauber und aufgeräumt und stetig ein hoher Standard gewährleistet ist;
- Reinigung von Mehrwegboxen und Erstellen der Reinigungsprotokolle;
- Wertet Daten von Temperaturmessgeräten aus und speichert diese in den jeweiligen Systemen ab
- Speichert Sendungsdokumente in den jeweiligen Systemen ab;
- Führt Statistiken und wertet Kennzahlen aus;
- Durchführen des monatlichen Selbstinspektionsbericht (SIR) bezüglich seines Bereichs, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Supervisor Dispatch/Import und OPS/CS Manager;
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits im Bereich Lager
- Verhält sich höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend gegenüber Kunden/Mitarbeitern und wahrt entsprechende Umgangsformen;
- Erscheint ordentlich zum Dienst und trägt Sicherheitskleidung, -schuhe;

NEBENAUFGABEN:
Der Stelleninhaber ist verpflichtet, neben den oben aufgeführten Aufgaben und auf Weisung der Vorgesetzten oder der Disposition, Einzelaufträge auszuführen, die dem Wesen nach zu seiner Tätigkeit gehören oder sich aus betrieblichen Notwendigkeiten ergeben wie z.B.:
- Shuttle-Service zwischen Flughafen und Büro World Courier, um Export-Sendungen abzugeben und Import-Shipments zu beziehen-
- Abholungen und Zustellungen von Sendungen in der näheren UmgebungVORGESETZTEN STELLE:
