YOUR PROFILE-Engage directly with students through workshops and individual sessions, ensuring they make informed choices regarding their curriculum, aligning them with diverse university entrance requirements.

Your expertise in the International Baccalaureate and US High School Diploma will guide students toward opportunities in higher education.
Additionally, coordinate university visits and foster connections with neighboring institutions to provide diverse options for our students' futures. Your participation in events and conferences will enrich your understanding, benefitting the students you guide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop tailored school profiles and recommendation letters for UK, US, and global universities
• Conduct workshops and individual meetings, advising on curriculum choices matching university entrance requirements
• Design careerfocused programs for junior students.
• Stay updated on changing university admission practices globally
• Coordinate oncampus visits from universities worldwide and engage with peer institutions
• Strong understanding of International Baccalaureate and US High School Diploma impact on global admissions
• Participation in international events and conferences, including International ACAC and counselor flyins

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE

• University counselling or university admission 3 years' experience, preferably in the US or UK
• International Baccalaureate and US Diploma experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Unifrog
• Ability to work in a cross culture and diverse environment

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• English native speaker or high level of English comprehension. Good level of French is helpful but not essential
• Knowledge of private schools is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
• High emotional intelligence abilities with the ability to see the best in everyone
• Strategic vision and attention to detail
• Strong teamworking and independent organisational skills
