- Vollumfängliches Category Know-How der definierten Kategorien für die Märkte D, CH & UK sowie Verantwortlichkeit für eine strategie- und marktkonforme Konzept-Pipeline.
- Erfolgreiche Einführung und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter, trendorientierter und marktkonformer Produkt- oder Produktlinienkonzepte und nachfolgende Kundenpräsentation.
- Aktives Management des Produktlebenszyklus und Sicherstellung einer markt- und zielgruppenorientierten sowie wettbewerbsfähigen Sortimentsgestaltung.
- Durchführung umfassender und regelmäßiger Markt- und Sortimentsanalysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen.
- Zentrale Schnittstellen- und Steuerungsfunktion zwischen internen Fachbereichen (z.B. F&E, Regulatory Affairs, Key Account Management, Verpackungsentwicklung, etc.).
- Mitarbeit in übergeordneten Projekten.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/BWL.
- Fundierte und nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement im FMCG-Segment.
- Deutsch (Muttersprache) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch.
- Leidenschaft für Kosmetik und hohe Motivation.
- Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement.
- Selbstbewusstes und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, konzeptionelles Denken und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
