Your team

Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units including the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.

As a Fraud Manager within the Fraud team, your main focus will be on internal fraud. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activities carried out by employees. Utilizing data analytics to spot fraud activities, collaborating with various departments to identify risks, and establish strong safeguards for the bank's assets and reputation. Moreover, educating colleagues and raising awareness on fraud-related matters.

Your role

  • Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities and emerging threats related to internal fraud. Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Utilize advanced fraud detection tools to monitor patterns for signs of fraudulent behavior. Manage the anti-fraud platform and enforce controls on unusual operations detected.
  • Monitor fraud detection model performance, identify enhancement opportunities, recalibrate, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement fraud prevention initiatives and solidify controls.
  • Maintain accurate incident records, investigations, and prepare reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, best practices in fraud prevention and detection. Lead process and system enhancements.

Your profile

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in roles related to internal controls, internal audit, or anti-fraud projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking operations and IT systems for fraud prevention and detection.
  • Advanced degree or certifications like Certified Fraud Examiner.
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive mindset, strong decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Ability to lead change, deliver high-quality analysis, and prioritize activities.
  • High integrity, discretion, ethical conduct, commitment to professionalism, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Avaloq, Tableau, NetGuardians is a plus.
  • Must be a resident in Switzerland.
