To support our service team at the H4 Hotel Solothurn, we are looking for you.
Your Tasks
- Coordination. Ensuring smooth operations and coordination in the restaurants and bar
- Service-oriented. Executing service procedures with passion
- Numerically savvy. Handling orders and inventories
- Diligent observer. Monitoring service quality and F&B metrics
- Quality controller. Supervising and maintaining our quality standards
Your Profile
- Industry professional. Experience in a similar position or are currently a Head Waiter/Waitress ready for the next step
- Tech-savvy. Proficient in MS Office
- Linguistic skills. Proficient in German and English
- Team player. Passionate about your job and enjoy working collaboratively with your team
