Job Description

Role Overview:

  • Embody the brand's personality traits and values to represent Red Bull in a premium manner during interactions with consumers.
  • Expand the user base by conducting product samplings and increasing awareness of Red Bull among the target audience.
  • Create and implement innovative campus plans to captivate students and showcase the brand at universities.
  • Establish strong relationships and networks with key individuals in the local community.
  • Enhance brand engagement through authentic social media content and by participating in Red Bull events.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with sales account managers to ensure Red Bull's presence in outlets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to expand distribution channels within university campuses and nearby areas.
  • Utilize Red Bull's resources effectively to maintain brand visibility and market presence.
  • Ensure adherence to store standards and impeccable execution of tasks.

Performance Expectations:

  • Demonstrate excellence in task execution and attention to detail across all job functions.
  • Engage in proactive communication and idea sharing with team members through various platforms.
  • Plan and document activities accurately using the designated online tools.
  • Contribute insights and ideas for the growth of Red Bull's media business based on local market trends.
