In this exciting role within our EMEA Software team, you will be responsible for managing complex software installations and IT infrastructure used in radiotherapy at customer facilities.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of hardware components, software products, and upgrades
- Provide customer support for our products
- Coordinate upgrades, installations, and projects in collaboration with customers and the software project management team
- Maintain and update technical documentation
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Technical Institute or University in computer science or related fields
- Previous experience in IT, such as 2nd level IT support or as a system administrator
- Strong technical knowledge in maintaining complex IT solutions
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel within EMEA
- Customer-oriented, communicative, and able to work in a team
