Your field of responsibility
An exciting opportunity within the First Line of Defense Support ("FLDS") function for Investment Banking Switzerland. The function is responsible for establishing and running the Business Risk Management framework (e.g. Risk & Control Self-Assessment, risk and control mapping, definition and implementation of new controls, control performance, risk metrics), providing advice to the business on a wide range of risk and compliance topics and support in audit-related matters.
The function sits in the First Line of Defense and collaborates with a range of partners from the business as well as risk and control teams in the Second Line of Defense and independent audit from the Third Line of Defense to strengthen the risk and control culture.
The role involves direct interaction with senior management and control functions on a regular basis and provides a motivating opportunity to excel in a dynamic, challenging and fast paced environment.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
Your skills and experience
As our future colleague you bring with you:
- minimum of 5 years working experience and a strong desire to learn, ideally in Investment Banking or risk management
- You are a doer who can deliver robust solutions in collaboration with Business, Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit stakeholders.
- You have a proactive "can do" attitude, combined with a challenging spirit in order to add value to the First Line.
- You demonstrate high integrity and ability to always maintain confidentiality, a strong risk and control mindset.
- You possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills and flexibility to tackle a large span of topics in parallel.
- You are well organized and selfmotivated, you know how to set the right business priorities.
- You are capable to work independently in a fastpaced international environment, collaborating effectively with the Swiss team and the international colleagues alike.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The day to day work is in English, understanding of German a plus but not mandatory.
