Aufgaben

Unser Team ist die zentrale Schnittstelle des Unternehmens. Somit bist du im Mittelpunkt des Geschehens und lernst je nach deinen Interessen mehrere Abteilungen kennen. Unter anderem wirst du während deinem Einsatz folgende Bereiche entdecken:
Wachstum
- Du prägst die Entwicklung sämtlicher Plattformen
- Du übernimmst den Prozess der Partner-Akquise von A bis Z.
- Du vertrittst unser Unternehmen nach aussen
- Du bist ein aktiver Teil der Strategieentwicklung und stellst dessen Implementierung sicher

Key Account Management
- Du pflegst den persönlichen Kontakt zum C-Level der angesehensten Organisationen in der Schweiz
- Du baust dir ein eigenes Portfolio auf
- Du sorgst für die Umsetzung von Spezialwünschen und betreust ausserordentliche Projekte
- Du entwickelst individuelle Lösungen für unsere Partner

Supply Chain Management
- Du schaust hinter die Kulissen der Branche und verstehst unternehmensübergreifende Zusammenhänge
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Lieferanten und Kunden
- Du optimierst Prozesse auf jeder Unternehmensebene

Marketing
- Du findest neue Wege, um Aufmerksamkeit und Kundenbindung zu erzielen
- Du begleitest Kampagnen von der Ideengenerierung über die Umsetzung bis hin zur Auswertung

Qualifikation
- Interesse für E-Commerce
- Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Kreativität, Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit zählen zu deinen Stärken
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (weitere Sprachen sind erwünscht)

Über uns

Die Digt AG ist ein schnell wachsendes E-Commerce Start-Up, welches sich auf das Community-Building spezialisiert hat. Seit einiger Zeit betreiben wir mit Brands for Employees die führende Plattform für Mitarbeitervergünstigungen. Mit Brands for Students haben wir vor kurzem eine Plattform mit Angeboten für Studierende von Universitäten und Hochschulen lanciert. Des Weiteren betreiben wir in Zusammenarbeit mit den Schweizer Kantonalbanken das Portal Weeklydeals, sowie myshop.20min mit exklusiven Angeboten für Member der 20 Minuten Community. Seit kurzem bieten wir ebenfalls in Zusammenarbeit mit Twint unschlagbare Angebote.
