Source Group is collaborating with an International Bank in the search for a Freelance CIAM Engineer for a long-term contract. This position requires the candidate to be based in Switzerland or willing to fully relocate.
We are looking for a skilled CIAM Engineer with expertise in Okta and Azure AD to join our Digital Product team.

The ideal candidate should excel in technical analysis, application design, and code development. They must have hands-on experience configuring Okta and Azure AD, along with collaborating effectively with agile teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and align with best IT practices.
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure admins, developers, business analysts, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage in design discussions with implementation partners.
  • Customize Okta product configurations according to business needs.
  • Integrate Okta with other in-house applications.
  • Configure Okta platform workflows.
  • Support testing activities.
  • Design and implement CIAM project CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prepare training materials.
  • Contribute to business process optimization and system enhancements.
  • Support agile project delivery.
  • Establish application-level security configurations.
  • Develop CIAM engineering patterns and guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 5 years working with Okta.
  • Experience with Azure AD (including B2B users).
  • Ability to create customizations and workflows in Okta.
  • Hands-on experience with CIAM projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in developing custom UI pages using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in setting up AzDo/GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
