About the Job:

Are you passionate about communication strategies and leading teams? Join us as a Co-worker Communication Leader at our dynamic team within IKEA. As the Co-worker Communication Leader, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing the country's co-worker communication strategy. Your role will involve ensuring effective communication processes, developing content, and being a key support for communication needs.

Requirements:
- Higher education in Communications
- Minimum 6 years of internal communication experience and/or public relations
- Ability to inspire people verbally, visually, and in writing
- Strong communication skills in English and German, additional Swiss languages a plus
- Experience in crisis and change communication
- Knowledge of sustainability topics
- Passion for home furnishings and IKEA products
- Creative, independent, and reliable
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated
- Confident communication skills
- Enjoy planning and executing events

Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and implement the co-worker communication strategy
- Define, plan, execute, and follow up on communication processes
- Create and deliver co-worker communication content and channels
- Ensure global communication standards and guidelines are met
- Provide communication support and coaching to managers
