What You'll Do:- Lead a diverse, agile team as a SCRUM Master, serving as a Servant Leader and Coach
- Ensure seamless team operation and successful completion of assigned stories from the backlog
- IT education at a tertiary level with at least 3 years of experience as a SCRUM Master in digitalization projects
- Professional SCRUM Master Certification or Certifed Scrum Master, and experience with HERMES 5.x or 2022
- Preference for SAFe and IPMA certifications
- Strong communication skills in German, plus English and French proficiency
- Team player with persuasive abilities, comfortable with complex tasks
