- Leading complex railway and track technology projects in SIA phases 3-5 while considering economic principles and the regulatory framework
- Developing conceptual problem solutions
- Managing project organization, costs, deadlines, and quality as well as approval, financing, and tendering procedures according to public law
- Coordinating projects with other departments of Forchbahn AG and authorities from the canton and municipalities, and conducting negotiations
- Assisting in obtaining cost approvals
- Supporting the department management in overarching topics
