Come onboard to steer Brand Equity for our major European chocolate brand, Milka. Collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders across 30+ countries. Your role involves aligning strategic priorities with our Vision 2030 growth agenda and overseeing the implementation of our Marketing Excellence frameworks.

How You Will Make an Impact

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Strategic planning process, including Vision 2030, 3yr Strategic Plan, and steering committees with senior stakeholders
  • Central communication and media frameworks for the entire Chocolate portfolio
  • Executing creative brand campaigns across different channels
  • Developing a design architecture and visual expression of brand distinctive assets
  • Driving digital ecosystem development and breakthrough technology deployment

  • Leading teams effectively, influencing, and handling trade-offs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong executive presentation abilities
  • Experience in diverse economic markets is a plus

This role's duties are carried out within the framework of a regional business model defined and overseen by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland. Assistance for relocation between countries is available through our Global Mobility Policies.
